Frequently asked Questions

What kind of products do you sell?
We create Kontakt instruments and sample packs – tools designed to inspire composers, producers, and sound explorers. What is your refund policy? Because our products are digital, once downloaded they can’t be “returned.” Please check the product info before purchasing. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll gladly help you decide. When should I contact support? Mainly if you’re having download issues. We’ve got your back. I haven’t received my download. What now? Downloads appear right after purchase on the checkout page and in your email inbox. If nothing shows up, contact us and we’ll send you a new link (valid for 7 days). My download link doesn’t work. Double-check the 7-day expiration first. If it’s still broken, just ping us – we’ll send you a fresh link. My checkout won’t process (freezes or goes black). Try a different browser first (it usually works). If it still misbehaves, the payment system might be updating. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support if the issue persists. Can I upgrade from a Lite version to the Full version? Not at the moment. Upgrading requires extra steps in our payment system we can’t provide right now. Please compare Lite and Full carefully before deciding. Can I use the Free Kontakt Player? Nope, sorry! All our instruments require the full version of Kontakt. How do I load an instrument? Open Kontakt → choose “Load” and locate the .nki file. Or, use the Files menu in Kontakt to find it. 👉 Note: Our instruments cannot be added to Native Access as a library. Can sample packs be loaded into Kontakt too? Yes! All our sample packs include .wav, .mp3, and a simple Kontakt interface. What’s the difference between a sample pack and a Kontakt instrument?
Can I sell songs made with your products? Of course! As long as the song isn’t built almost entirely out of our loops/licks. Use them as building blocks in your music. Can I use your products to make my own instruments or sample packs for resale? No, redistribution or repackaging is not allowed. Your creativity, yes – reselling our tools, no. |
